Developmental & Disability Services (DDS) of Lebanon Valley, formerly known as United Cerebral Palsy, has been serving the Lebanon community since 1961. Over the decades, DDS has helped thousands of people realize their full potential by providing training and education programs to those with special needs. Through Early Intervention Services, the Alley Learning Center Preschool and Competitive Employment programs, DDS is able to empower those with disabilities to live active independent lives.
