Feel free to take a walk through our culinary herb garden at Trattoria Fratelli. During the growing season, this garden provides our kitchen with fresh herbs used in or pizza and sauces. You may even encounter one of our chefs trimming herbs for the evening. Some of the herbs include basil, Italian parsley, oregano, marjoram, chives, garlic chives, rosemary, fennel, tarragon, mint, sage, thyme and edible flowers like nasturtium and pansy. Only organic compost from coffee grounds, vegetable trimmings and bread are used to fertilize the herbs. From the deck entrance, the path to the herb garden is surrounded by many perennials quietly enjoying the shade. Please ask for a tour if you would like to learn more about the garden or have a seat and relax with a cappuccino.
